100 new fellows added to our community — our largest class yet!!
We are delighted to welcome 100 new fellows to our growing Colorwave community! To see our fellowship class size grow from 22 in early 2021 to nearly 5x this Fall is nothing short of amazing. It is a testament to the quality of the fellowship experience, the power of our alumni network, and the hard work and innovative structures our program team has implemented to maintain a meaningful and high-quality experience for fellowship participants.
We remain steadfast in our mission to build an enduring movement that provides traditionally underrepresented professionals with access to thrive within the innovation economy. Cohort 5 represents a critical piece in us meeting that mission.

The program will run from September 13th to November 3rd. The fellowship will be led in coordination with our program leadership team and two alumni as our East and West coast hosts:

- Racial Breakdown: Black/African-American (55%), Latinx (33%), Multiracial (3%), Asian (6%), African (4%)
- Gender Breakdown: Female (62%), Male (36%), Non-binary (6%)
- Functional Representation: Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Consulting, Marketing, Sales, HR, Product Management and Engineering
